Our office strictly continues to take the appropriate measures to ensure we are compliant with the Ministry of Health's COVID-19 operational Requirements.
We will be screening all patients for COVID-19 symptoms at the time of booking and upon arrival to the clinic
Patients will not be allowed to bring anyone else with them to their appointments. Exceptions may apply.
Staff and Doctors will all be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) recommended by the Ontario Association of Optometrists.
We will be tracking arrival and departure times of patients.
Appointments are spaced accordingly to give enough time for disinfecting before and after patients.
Hand sanitizers have been placed on entry and throughout the clinic.
Both staff and patients will be expected to maintain a two meter physical distance when possible. Markers have been placed throughout the clinic.
Staff will continue to sanitize frames after they are handled by patients and before returning them to the display board. Staff will also continue to clearn sanitize all machines between patients.
